• Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 h) are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances; you will be notified promptly.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at the time of booking.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Digital products and completed sessions are non-refundable.
